We serve Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm al-Quwain, Ras al-Khaimah and Fujairah. Delivery to a particular address remains subject to courier serviceability. Contact elvorapicks@gmail.com before ordering for a remote location or a bulky order so we can confirm availability.

Delivery charges

Standard UAE delivery is included in our current product pricing. The shipping charge and final total are displayed at checkout before you submit your order. If an address or parcel requires a special service, we will contact you before dispatch; we will not add a charge without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil the order on the agreed terms, we will explain the available cancellation and refund options.

Delivery estimates

Most UAE warehouse items are estimated to dispatch within 0–1 day, with delivery generally estimated at 1–2 days after dispatch. Some locally sourced items require 1–2 days before dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed deadlines. Stock availability, order confirmation, courier routes, holidays and remote locations can affect timing.

Contact and payment

Please provide a complete address, emirate, city, building or villa details and a reachable phone number. Cash on Delivery is available where shown at checkout; the displayed order total is payable in AED on delivery.

Updates and delivery problems

Use your order confirmation and any dispatch updates to follow your order. For a delay, incorrect address or missed delivery, contact us with your order number. For an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, see our Return and Refund Policy.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check whether dispatch can still be stopped and confirm the outcome. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
