These terms apply to shopping with Elvora Picks at 7sf0rr-dh.myshopify.com. Contact us at elvorapicks@gmail.com with questions about an order or these terms.

Products and availability

Read the product description, included items and any variation notes before ordering. Images illustrate the products; screen colours can differ. Availability can change before an order is confirmed. We will contact you if an item cannot be supplied and will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

Prices, offers and payment

Prices are shown in United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED). The final order total, including applicable taxes or delivery charges, is displayed at checkout before you submit the order. Cash on Delivery is available where offered at checkout; pay the displayed amount in AED when delivery is made.

The Elvora Launch offer gives 5% off eligible order subtotals automatically at checkout. It excludes shipping and cannot combine with other discounts. Offers and future prices may change; this does not remove rights relating to an order already accepted.

Orders and delivery

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details, including a reachable phone number. Order receipt is an acknowledgement; availability and delivery eligibility may need confirmation before dispatch. We will contact you if there is a problem. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. See our Shipping Policy for further details.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact us promptly to request cancellation. Whether dispatch can be stopped depends on the order status. Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to report incorrect, faulty or damaged items and request a remedy. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Using this website

Use the store lawfully. Do not misuse another person’s details, place fraudulent orders, interfere with store security or copy content without permission. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Complaints, feedback and order questions can be sent through our Contact page or to elvorapicks@gmail.com. Include your order number where relevant.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement takes precedence.
